Welcome from our Nursery Manager

Welcome to Nightingales. We are proud to provide a caring, stimulating and happy environment where children can feel safe, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our Baby Unit welcomes children from just six weeks old, providing sensitive, nurturing care tailored to each baby’s individual routines and developmental needs.

We also provide wraparound care and school collection, helping busy families manage the nursery and school day with greater flexibility and peace of mind.

Nightingales is now under new management, supported by an experienced and long-serving team who know our children and families well. Together, we are building on everything that makes the nursery special while introducing fresh ideas and new opportunities.

Learning extends far beyond our nursery rooms. Our children enjoy regular adventures around Penarth, exploring the local community, parks, coast and nearby places of interest.

Understanding childcare funding can feel complicated. Our team will explain your options, guide you through the process and help with the paperwork from start to finish.

30 Hours Funded Childcare Available for eligible three-year-olds. We will help you understand the offer and arrange the necessary paperwork.
12.5 Hours Funded Childcare Available for eligible two-year-olds. We will guide you through the application and make the process as straightforward as possible.
